• Advertising and social media providers. If we use advertising, remarketing, or social media tools, their providers may receive identifiers, device information, or internet activity as described in Section 6.
• Government authorities and other parties for legal reasons. We may disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users, or the public; investigate fraud or security issues; or respond to lawful requests.
• A successor organization. Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change in brokerage affiliation, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to:
• enable core website functions;
• remember preferences;
• measure traffic and performance;
• diagnose errors and protect the Site; and
• understand the effectiveness of communications or advertising.
You can adjust cookie settings through your browser and, if available, the Site's cookie controls. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals for processing covered by those signals.
6. Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party Features
We may use third-party analytics tools to understand Site use. The Site may also contain embedded maps, videos, social media features, MLS/IDX search tools, or links to third-party websites. Those third parties may collect information directly from you or your device under their own privacy policies.
If we use targeted advertising or disclose personal information in a manner treated as a "sale" under applicable law, we will provide a clear notice and a method to opt out.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy or security practices of third-party websites, platforms, or services. Review their privacy notices before providing personal information.
7. Artificial Intelligence
We may use artificial intelligence ("AI") tools to help process visitor and client communications. Depending on the communication and tools in use, AI may help us:
• summarize, organize, categorize, or route inquiries;
• identify requested properties, locations, preferences, or follow-up items;
• draft or improve responses, marketing content, property-related content, and administrative communications;
• maintain customer relationship management records; and
• improve responsiveness and support our real estate services.
Information you submit may be included in prompts or otherwise processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf. Those providers may receive contact information, inquiry details, communications, and other information needed to perform the requested function. Their handling of information is governed by our arrangements with them and, where applicable, their privacy terms.
AI-generated material may be incomplete or inaccurate and may be reviewed, corrected, or supplemented by a person. We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, including decisions about eligibility for housing, financing, or other essential services.
Do not include Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information in a general inquiry or ordinary communication. If sensitive information is required for a transaction, we will provide or identify an appropriate method for submitting it.
8. Email, Telephone, and Text Communications
If you provide contact information, we may use it to respond to your request and send transaction-related or service-related communications. With any consent required by law, we may also send marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications necessary to respond to a request, provide a service, or complete a transaction.
We do not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share that information with service providers that help us deliver messages, solely for that purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Data Retention

No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use caution when sending sensitive information electronically.
11. Texas Privacy Rights
Subject to the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other applicable law, Texas residents may have the right to:

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to the denial or emailing the same address with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”
